Oooh! These are chive flowers (think that's the English word for them), one of my favorite vegetables. I don't know how the Thai prepare them, but the Vietnamese stir fry them with a little bit of oil, garlic, silken tofu, seasoned with fish sauce (vegetarian mushroom powder or fish sauce for a vegetarian version), sugar, and pepper. You can also add salted Chinese cabbage. Some people use congealed pig's blood (not unlike boudin). Pork cut into small strips works as well. How do you prepare them, Clotilde?

hi, these herbs are excellent with eggs : add them in an omelette and a little soya sauce. Just delicious (i am chinese for information!! & your blog is fantastic -the pics are a pleasure for the eyes-)
