Ripples in the metro

That is so like a Koru design in Maori culture it could be in New Zealand. The Koru represents new life, new beginnings, growth, movement. How appropriate for it to be in a metro station!

Being a longarm machine quilter, this design has often been used in borders on quilts. I'm always looking for designs to put into cloth with thread. This will work beautifully. Thanks! Did you know there is a wonderful sewing catalog -and it's got the same name as you...Hmm
