hi clotilde!! i LOVE your site and visit it often (from montreal...) i want to make galettes soon- what is a good filling?? and how to do it? with a bechemel or no if i do mushrooms or ham for example?

Et Voila! When my husband and I lived on Rue du Caire, this was our favorite of fav's! Ze best galette this side of Mont-Saint Michel!
