A stew of bitterleaf (a spinach-like green) and beef in peanut sauce, with a side of manioc (Cameroon). Le Jardin d'Afrique, rue des Martyrs in the 18th.

We really enjoyed both dishes. A little heavier on the oil than I would have preferred, but delicious.
